Approach

The experience pairs a bold, playful visual identity with an intuitive product structure. Key features include AI-assisted listings to reduce posting time, smart filtering to surface relevant styles quickly, and a streamlined flow designed to minimize friction across buying and selling.

Impact

The final concept demonstrates how thoughtful UX and system design can reduce effort in secondhand shopping while reinforcing sustainable behavior. The result is a more accessible and rewarding experience for parents and caregivers navigating fast-paced routines.
